beneficial. If you find difference between output of demo and full version, then the situation for refund process arises.

Refund case can be applied when demo version of the program contains a feature and full version failed to do that. Before the refund, you ought to contact our technical support team to resolve the matter in every

Guidelines for Refund
Users can apply for the refund and get it of the software is purchased from SpikeVare website or authorized reseller. The refund can be claimed within 30 days of purchase but a valid reason must be there for the refund:
- You have purchased the software from SpikeVare site or Authorized reseller of SpikeVare
- You will get the refund if full version of the software usually works but not entirely
- Any misinterpretation with published material as promotion by SpikeVare, the client is responsible to get the clear interpretation from the support team.

You can freely contact our support team if the software bought by user failed to perform the operations which are promised. After analysing the issue, proper solution is given by the support team. But if they are
unable to resolve the issue, users will get refund which they invested in purchasing the software.
Conditions to be true for Refund
- If the user can smoothly perform the operation as described in demo version but full version of the software failed to perform the same operation.
- If SpikeVare Team failed to resolve issue of user.
We are not liable for
- Misdirected or lost email
- Delay in downloading the software
- The software is purchased from wrong platform
- If the user does not want the utility anymore
- Delay in processing the license
- If you purchased the software without prior checking the demo version
- If time period is over than 30 days after purchasing the software
- If the user purchases the utility without any intention
- If there is issue due to incompatible computing environment
- If there is a delay due to weekend process
We are not liable for
- Without checking trial version, refund will not be claimed
- While uploading is fail to FTP or client failed to upload in case of failure of software
