HOW TO SCHEDULE A MEETING IN OUTLOOK?
- Go to File > New items > Meeting

- In calendar, click New Meeting

- Add to, subject, location, start time and end time
- Tick all day event for all day event.
- Click appointment
- If you don’t want to make it a recurring meeting, click send
- If you want to make this recurring meeting, go to make a meeting recurring.
