HOW TO ADD SIGNATURES IN OUTLOOK?
- Open a new email message
- Select signatures > signatures from the message menu
- Under select signature to edit, choose new and in the new signature dialogue box, type a name for the signature.
- Under edit signature , compose your signature and you can set the fonts, font colors and sizes
- Click Ok
- Under choose default signature, set email account. If you want your signatures to be added in all messages, select one of your signatures.
- If you want to appear your signature in the messages you reply and forward in replies/forwards drop down.
- Click OK
